Renting a Property

If you’re looking for a property, please register with us.  We have properties coming onto our books every day, and we can contact you as soon as new property becomes available.

Our sophisticated database will link you with a property that matches your requirements.  The website is updated on a daily basis.  Subscribe to our mailing list and get properties e-mailed direct to your mailbox.

Office Hours / Viewing

The office is open 5 days a week, including Saturdays until 4pm, which enables you to start a tenancy on the day that suits you best - without having to take time off work.  Viewing times are extremely flexible: day; night; or weekend.

All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and will endeavour to answer any queries you may have regarding the properties etc.

Once you have found a property you wish to rent you will be required to fill in an application form and pay an administration/reference fee.  This is non-refundable if, for any reason, you decide to withdraw or your references come back unacceptable.

We will be able to discuss with you any queries you may have and give you an information sheet explaining what forms of I.D. we will require from you.

Rent / Deposit

Rent is one month in advance and also required is one month’s money for the deposit (Bond).

Our Fees

  • Application Fee for sole/first applicant: 125 inc VAT.
    (cost of obtaining landlord(s) and employer(s) references, and credit checking by external body)
  • Application Fee for additional tenant(s) and/or guarantor(s): 60 inc VAT per applicant/guarantor.
    (cost of obtaining landlord(s) and employer(s) references, and credit checking by external body)
  • Letter from Agency regarding breaches of tenancy: 25 inc VAT per letter.
  • Any payment returned, refused, or re-presented by the bank: 20 inc VAT per presentation.
  • Renewal of Tenancy Agreement following expiry of fixed term: 42 inc VAT.
  • Overdue rental payments: 6% inc VAT per Annum.

Note we only charge for, and process, one party's application(s), at a time per property.

Client Money Protection (CMP) Insurance

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires us to inform you that we do not have this insurance.
